Help & FAQ
Quick answers to the questions classmates ask most. If something isn't covered here, reach out to the committee.
Getting started
Is this site official?
Yes. This site is run by the reunion committee for Glenwood High School Class of 1976. If you got here from a classmate-shared link or an email we sent, you're in the right place.
Do I need an account to RSVP?
Yes — an account lets you save your RSVP, bring a guest, update your contact info, and see other classmates' responses. It's free and takes about a minute.
How do I sign in?
Use the Sign In link in the top-right. We'll email you a one-time code — there's no password to remember. If the email doesn't arrive in a couple of minutes, check your spam folder, then try again.
RSVP
How do I RSVP?
Open the RSVP page, tell us whether you're attending, and (if yes) whether you're bringing a guest. You can come back and change your answer any time before the reunion.
Can I bring a spouse or guest?
Yes. On the RSVP form, add your guest's name after selecting "Attending". Each guest is counted separately for catering and seating, so please include them when you register.
What does the ticket cost cover?
Tickets are $45.00 per person, which covers the venue, dinner, and non-alcoholic drinks. Additional donations help subsidize classmates facing hardship and add extras to the evening.
Can I change or cancel my RSVP?
Yes. Sign in, open your account page, and update your RSVP. If you need to cancel within two weeks of the event, contact the committee directly so we can adjust catering.
My account
How do I update my contact info?
Sign in and open My Account. You can change your name as it appeared at graduation, your married / current name, your email, and your mailing address.
Who can see my information?
The reunion committee can see your contact info so we can send event details. Other classmates see only your name and graduation year by default. Anything else (email, address, phone) stays private unless you opt in to sharing it.
I'm not getting the sign-in code email.
Check spam first. If it's still missing, make sure the email on file matches what you're typing. If you've changed email addresses since you last used the site, let us know and we'll update your record.
Photos & gallery
How do I upload old yearbook or event photos?
Open the Gallery and click Add Photos. You can add JPG or PNG files up to 10 MB each. Add a short caption so classmates know what they're looking at.
What kinds of photos are allowed?
Anything appropriate for a reunion — yearbook scans, old event photos, current day-in-the-life shots. Please don't upload anything a classmate wouldn't want shared publicly. Every upload is reviewed by a moderator before it appears in the gallery.
How do I get a photo removed?
If a photo of you should come down — for any reason — let us know. No explanation needed; we'll take it down promptly.
Name tags
What name and photo will be on my name tag?
Name tags use the classmate name the reunion committee has on file. A photo is used only after someone checks that it is the right person and is okay to print. If we are not sure, we print a name-only tag.
How do I fix my name tag?
Contact the committee with the name you want printed and any photo concern. Please include your graduation name if it differs from your current name so we can find your record quickly.
Why would someone get a name-only tag?
Name-only tags are used when we do not have a checked photo, when the yearbook photo needs more review, when details are unclear, or when someone asks us not to use a photo.
Can I ask that my photo not be used?
Yes. Tell the committee and we'll use a name-only tag. We check photos to protect classmates' privacy and avoid printing a photo unless we are confident it is right.
In Memoriam
How do I submit a tribute for a classmate we've lost?
Visit In Memoriam and use the submission link at the top of the page. You can include a short remembrance, a photo, and the years we knew them. Submissions are reviewed before being published.
Can I update a tribute I already submitted?
Yes — reach out with the classmate's name and what needs to change. We'll update the entry and note the edit date.
Finding classmates
Some classmates are missing from the list.
We're always adding classmates as we find them. Check Find Classmates for the current "lost" list — if you can help us track someone down, please reach out.
Is there a full reunion directory?
Signed-in classmates can see a directory of everyone who's created an account, with only the information each classmate chose to share. The directory isn't visible to the public.
Donations & payments
How does donating work?
Donations go through PayPal and Venmo. Every gift helps subsidize tickets for classmates facing hardship and covers event extras beyond what the ticket price pays for.
What if I genuinely can't afford the ticket?
Please come anyway. Email the committee in confidence — we keep a pool of donations specifically for classmates who need a hand. No questions, no paperwork.
Will I get a receipt?
Yes. PayPal and Venmo send their own receipts automatically. Note that this reunion isn't a 501(c)(3), so donations aren't tax-deductible.
