Data Deletion & Account Removal

You can request deletion of your ReunionDate account and associated personal data at any time. Once your request is processed, you will no longer be able to sign in or access any content that required an account.

What Will Be Deleted

When we process a deletion request, we will:

In some cases, limited information may be retained where required for legal, accounting, or legitimate archival purposes (for example, anonymous attendance counts or donation totals that do not identify you by name).

How to Request Deletion

Please follow these steps to request deletion of your data:

  1. Send an email to beesbackup@gmail.com using the email address you used to register.
  2. Include the subject line: “ReunionDate Data Deletion Request”.
  3. In the body of the message, briefly confirm:
    • Your full name as it appears on the site.
    • Your graduating class year (for example, Glenwood High School Class of 1976).
    • A clear statement that you are requesting deletion of your account and personal data.

Processing Time

We aim to process all deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been completed or if we need additional information to verify your identity.

If You Signed In With a Social Login

If you signed in using Google, Microsoft, or Facebook, deleting your ReunionDate account does not affect your accounts with those providers. You may also review and revoke ReunionDate’s access directly from your Google, Microsoft, or Facebook security settings if you wish.
